Our goal is to provide an organized, educational Cheer program for children in Kindergarten through 8th grade. We offer equal opportunity for our athletes to learn fundamentals including sportsmanship, integrity, and teamwork. It is our responsibility to provide a competitive yet safe environment to foster our players' appreciation for Cheer leading and develop life skills that extend beyond.

Sideline Cheer 2026-2027
Welcome to Sideline Yamhill Carlton Youth Cheer! We are so excited to have you for our upcoming 2026 - 2027 season. This season we will be working on fundamentals of cheer, reinforcing that this is an athletic sport which includes dancing, chants, tumbling & stunting! We would like to also focus on volunteer work this year and ensuring your athletes contribute to volunteer work within the community. We will provide opportunities for this throughout the season. May 30th, you will receive our welcome email from the coaches with more information about uniform fittings & upcoming events/meetings.​
Sign-ups: launch April 3rd - May 29th

Cost:
Registration Cost w/o uniform $250 - IF you have a uniform from last year that does not need to be replaced. We will be providing a new Jacket for the 2026-2027 season so your athlete will still need to attend Uniform Fittings to get that ordered. If you wish to order new shoes, we will get that link out to you before the season starts to ensure you have them in plenty of time but you are responsible for this. As a friendly reminder - this uniform is to last August 2026 - February 2027. There will be no way to order a new uniform after our original order goes in, therefore, if your athletes uniform does not fit properly mid season, your athlete will be excused from cheer the remainder of the season with no refund. Please be diligent when making the decision to move forward with or without a new uniform.
Registration & Uniform Purchase: $400 - This covers registration cost for camp, football season, basketball season & a full uniform for your athlete. Full uniform: Cheer Dress, Crop Top, Spanx Shorts, Jacket, Poms, Bow & Shoes.
Fundraising Meeting: June 11th - location TBD
Parent Meeting: Last Day of Camp - August 6th, Send home packet
Practice starts first week of August: Tues, Wed, Thurs
Camp Week 4th, 5th & 6th - Parenting Meeting Last day of Camp, August 6th
The program will offer a partnership with TumbleBears Gymnastics for Tumbling on Monday nights -
this is a discounted add-on, paid directly to TBG.
