YC Mat Club

is a great way for youth to channel their energy while participating in a competitive sport. Boys and Girls grades K-8th will wrestle from November to December with practices taking place at YCHS.

Wrestling is fantastic because it teaches life skills such as discipline, integrity, accountability, and perseverance. If you have ever thought about wrestling or just want to see what our sport is all about, please feel free to come to check the program out.  YC Wrestling Club is a chartered USA Wrestling program that allows our youth to compete at various ages and weight classes. USA Wrestling also provides separate groups for boys and girls, if that is a concern for parents. You can see a full list of age groups and weights for each gender here.  We also provide all three styles of wrestling to participate in.
