YC Youth Volleyball  was created to provide an opportunity for youth in the Yamhill Carlton community, to play volleyball in a safe and healthy environment.  We strive to offer a variety of opportunities for youth to play and develop skills and a love for the game.   Volleyball is available to girls grades 3rd-6th and focuses on developing strong volleyball student athletes.   Up to two boys may play on each team for grades 3rd-6th.

Fall Season

School Season: 3rd - 6th 

Cost: $100 

Early Bird Pricing (Register by 6/30) $75

 

Players are placed on teams based on their grade level, 3rd-6th,  where we compete against local school districts.

• Practices are during the week, days and times to be determined by coaches at YCES or YCIS

• Open gyms prior to season starting

• Matches (Games) run from Mid-Late September to the end of October

Coaching Opportunities

YCTC is always looking for adult volunteers to help by coaching volleyball or assisting a coach. We hope you will consider helping our program by coaching and/or volunteering. If interested please feel free to let us know through the registration process. Head Coaches will be offered a 50% discount for their child

How do I Register?

Click "register" on the top right menu to access the registration software.   If you already have an account with us (Sportsengine), please click on log-in in the upper right hand corner.  If you do not have a household account, please click on register. This will enable you to create a household account and you will then be able to receive emails from YCTC about upcoming registration and other important events. Payment is due at the time of registration or your child will be placed on a waiting list until we receive payment.

What are the participation requirements?

1.  Online registration complete.

2.  All fees must be paid or payment plan agreed upon with the YCTC office.

3. Equipment needed:

• Black or White Kneepads

• NO jewelry can worn at any time on the court for practices or matches (plain wedding bands ok for coaches).

• Practices: Athletic and appropriate clothes (may be spandex, but NOT required).

• Matches: Jersey and SOLID BLACK shorts (may be spandex, but NOT required)

• Low-heeled Athletic Court Shoes

• Coaches will expect long hair to be tied up for practices and matches!

• Official volleyballs provided for practices and matches.
