Tigard Academy is pleased to announce the introduction of a new per-day fee structure for our After School and Summer Care Programs, commencing in the 2024/25 academic year. This strategic change is driven by our commitment to enhancing accessibility and efficiency within our care offerings. Historically, the utilization of a drop-in or hourly billing model often resulted in our facilities operating below their maximum capacity. This limitation restricted our ability to accommodate the needs of a broader segment of our community, despite the evident demand for additional care options. By transitioning to a daily rate model, we aim to optimize the utilization of our facilities, thereby extending our services to a greater number of families while ensuring compliance with capacity regulations.

 

Below, you will find the detailed fee structure for the upcoming academic and summer programs.

Registration Schedule
In pursuit of equitable service provision and to ensure optimal availability of our programs, we have structured the registration process to open in a phased manner beginning May 1st, 2024.

 

Detailed below is the registration timetable:

May 1st: Registration opens for 5-day-a-week options
May 2nd: Registration opens for 5-day and 4-day options
May 3rd: Registration opens for 5-day, 4-day, and 3-day options
May 6th: Registration opens for 5-day, 4-day, 3-day, and 2-day options
May 7th: Registration opens for all options (1-day to 5-day a week)

Interested parties are invited to register online through our Jovial registration site, beginning on the dates specified above. We advise prospective participants to review the available options in advance to prepare for registration.
