YCTC EVENTS
At Yamhill Carlton Together Cares (YCTC), our events are more than just dates on a calendar—they’re opportunities for our community to come together, celebrate, and support programs that benefit local youth and families. From Flavors to seasonal gatherings and family activities, these events only happen because of generous volunteers who share their time, creativity, and energy.
We are always looking for help and assistance with planning, decorating, hosting, and supporting our community events. Whether you love brainstorming themes, organizing details, or just showing up on event day to lend a hand, there’s a place for you on our team.
Meet Our Events Committee (“Party Planning Committee”)

Amy and Patricia are helping guide the vision for our events, starting with our annual Flavors fundraiser and expanding to other community celebrations throughout the year. They work alongside YCTC staff and volunteers to make sure our events are welcoming, fun, and impactful for everyone.
